1. Planning and Cutting

We start with a template in our shop for the ends and hand cut all PVC pipes to ensure the ends are exactly the same

2. Cleaning

All PVC pipes and fittings are cleaned and solvent welded per manufactures instructions. This ensure a proper welded joints.

3. Covering

We attach the solexx vertically to prevent water from forming inside the small channels.

4. Door Frame

In our shop we manufacture the door frame.  We have a licensed welder, weld the frame.  We do this to hold the door perfectly square in the frame to prevent out of alignment common problems.  We use over 160 inches of 1 ½ square stock in each frame.  Each frame is painted with a rust inhibitor and then painted to proper color. (Standard white).

5. Door

The door is installed into the frame at the shop to ensure quality.

6. Welding

In our shop we solvent weld the top ridge joist and lower joist.  We use a template to ensure all welds are level, and spacing is exact.  Lower and upper joist are solvent welded to create 1 complete pipe that encircles the entire greenhouse top to bottom.   This provides additional support and a way to affix the greenhouse in the ground providing additional wind resistance.
